Denmark 2
Today after a long good breakfast we jumped onto our bicycles and rode through Denmark onto the old heritage railway track. This was in former times used to transport wood and trees from the inland to Denmark.
The track was nice, wide and brought us through forest and open grassland with healthy looking cows 🐄. Then we had to ride a bit on the Highway 1 before we turned onto the road to Green pools and Elefant rock.
Both places where stunning and some of the nicest beaches in WA but the water was too cold for us. We had a short rest on one of the lookouts before we went on the WOW trail. Wilderness ocean walk.
The entire trail was with bitumen and it went like a roller coaster up and down. We drove through bush land, sand dunes, little forests always along the coast line. The views were amazing and a lot of 🌬. Back through Denmark to our campground. 55 km in 4 hours.
A well deserved beer, hot shower and another portion venison ragout with bread dumplings. Relaxing and bedtime
