Onslow
A bit of a sad morning because we will lose today our travel buddies. A quick breakfast and pack down we said good bye to them and hit the road in two different directions.
The road to Onslow brought us back to Nanutarra road house. Stop for coffee. Straight back on the highway and passed only scrub’s, rocks and mine sites. Onslow is known for their salt industry. Plenty of salt lakes.
Checked in on one of the best campgrounds so far. Bit expensive but well maintained. Windy 🌬. We had a walk along the boardwalk and learned something about the history of Onslow.
Dinner and a good sleep. Until 1.45 when the car alarm went off. Thomas went out and checked but nothing was to see. Back to sleep. 2 hours later same thing again. Thomas went out, opened the car, checked and closed it again. Nothing and nobody was seen.
